WHO BENEFITS FROM PILATES?

Pilates is for everybody: young or old, an athlete or couch potatoe, flexible or not. It is also beneficial for people with medical conditions such as scoliosis, kyphosis, lordosis, sciatica or spinal disc herniation, as well as pregnant women.

The Pilates method can be practiced as a sport in itself, to complement other sports or to recover from an injury.
